We recently undertook a major renovation with McSwain Builders of Glenwood Springs. Frank McSwain and his team stepped in and took over the work when another designer could not execute the project we envisioned.

Over the course of the next months, the McSwain team did outstanding work to renovate our kitchen, master bath, stairway, and fireplace. The McSwain team rapidly communicated any concerns or issues they experienced during the renovation and helped coordinate selections and decisions by bringing in professionals and experts in the various areas (tile, plumbing, etc.). Through phone calls, text messages, or video conferences, they highlighted any issues they were experiencing and provided us options to move forward.

We particularly would like to call out Jorge, Raul, and their team. The attention to detail and willingness to rapidly resolve issues helped get this done. The team's hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend McSwain Builders!

Frank with McSwain Builders was a pleasure to work with. We were in the unfortunate circumstance of being an out-of-state landlord when the toilet upstairs flooded the entire home! We were so stressed trying to figure out how to manage the restoration of our Colorado rental property all the way from California!

We flew out to Colorado for a weekend and interviewed a number of contractors and as soon as I met Frank I knew he was the right one for the job. He set us up immediately with all the right suppliers to select all the finishes for our house and just made the process as simple as could be.

He set a schedule for the job and stuck to it. He always answered the phone and was always available for us to do a FaceTime walk-through to go over any questions. In the end, we made the best of our flood situation and sold our rental property for top dollar! On time and on budget, I would highly recommend working with McSwain Builders! Thank you Frank!!!
